GENERAL BUSINESS CONDITIONS

Conference Participation
Only completed and signed forms can be processed. Official registration deadline is August 31st, 2001. The registration forms will be considered according to their arrival date. The conference fee must be paid in advance with registration. A registration confirmation / bill will be sent after the arrival of payment. The conference documents will be supplied on the spot in the conference offices.

Companions are not allowed entrance to the scientific program. The participation in the workshops is limited due to the capacity of the rooms. The participation will be considered according to the time of the arrival of the registration forms (date of postmark and/or arrival of fax or e-mail) and the arrival of payment.

Changes and cancellations of the registration must be in writing in any case. By cancellations of the conference participation till September 5th, 2001, the participation fee will be refunded with the deduction of a 20% processing fee. By cancellations after September 5th, 2001 no fees will be refunded.

Liability
Hardenberg Concept is liable within the framework of the responsibility of accuracy as a proper dealer according to the statutory regulations. The liability of the Hardenberg Concept - independent of the cause in law - limits itself to the intention and to serious negligence. The liability of a commissioned third party remains untouched by the above. The participants take all excursions and travels at their own risk. Oral agreements are not binding as long as they are not confirmed in writing by Hardenberg Concept.

The laws of Federal Republic of Germany prevail.
